If you haven't booked yet - you can see all your baggage options on the Checkout page, shown after you tap the Book button, in the Passengers section.

If you've already booked - you can find information about your flight baggage allowance in the email we sent with the subject line “You're all Set”, under the baggage section. If you'd like to add additional luggage we can help - just message us on the Live Chat or email us at booking@luckytrip.co.uk and we'll respond within 24 hours. If you'd prefer to do it yourself, you can simply log in to the airline's website or app with the Login Details provided in your booking confirmation email.

We like to make our trips as stress-free and relaxing as possible, so your Personal Travel Advisor will complete your flight check-in for you, and send you the boarding passes. You can sit back and relax.
We'll send your boarding passes via email, as soon as the airline opens their online check in - within 20 hours of departure.
If you'd rather do the check-in yourself, you can do that instead - just use the airline login details in your booking confirmation email. If you'd like any help with this, please message us on the Live Chat or email us at booking@luckytrip.co.uk and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Changing your Booking - We're always here to help if you need to change anything about your booked trip. This all depends on how much time there is before your trip, and which accommodation was chosen.
Cancelling your Trip - If the airline cancelled your flight, or the hotel cancelled your room, then LuckyTrip cover this for free on all trips. If you selected the 'Refund Protection' option at the checkout then you are also covered for sickness, accident, injury, home emergency, bad weather, and other reasons as well.
