Expect to see elaborate snowscapes, otherworldly creatures drinking eggnog and a whole lot of glitter.

Other good stuff

Don’t miss Rolfs - the Christmassiest restaurant of them all. Decorations hang from every available inch of ceiling and German sausage is served up with goblets of mulled wine.

Central Park is always a winner. There’s ice-skating, horse-drawn carriages and plenty of fat old lads with white beards.
